Yes. RAC appoints external contactors or consultants through open tenders or quotations, with strict monitoring of quality and safety specifications.

Through audits, risk assessments, and regular reports in line with the standards set by authorities such as BOMBA, JKKP, and JKR. KTMB complies SOPs based on the existing infrastructure.

Yes. RAC carries out long-term maintenance and upgrades based on KTMB reports and current needs.

Yes. Some of the initiatives include:

• Efficient and renewable energy use.
• Energy-saving systems (LED lighting, smart MVAC
• Rainwater harvesting and use of eco-friendly materials
• Recycling efforts

RAC supervises contractor for scheduled maintenance, while KTMB acts as the reporter and monitors daily operations.

Report it to the KTMB staff on duty at the station.

RAC manages facilities related to mechanical and electrical system, structural works, internal and external cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security.

• RAC is the owner and manager of assets such as buildings, engineering systems, and station structures. Its main focus is ensuring the safety and comfort of users.
• KTMB, on the other hand, is responsible for daily operations, cleanliness, user facilities (toilets, prayer rooms, walkways, etc.), and taking immediate action on any disruptions at the station.
