What are the qualifications and criteria for vendors/contractors/companies to participate in the procurements offered by RAC?

For the procurement of supplies and services, companies must be registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) under the relevant field code and obtain a company registration certificate

1. For the procurement of works, contractors must be registered with:
   i. The Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB);
   ii. The Contractor Registration Certificate (PPK) with the relevant grade, category, and specialization; and
   iii. The Government Procurement Work Certificate (SPKK).
