How can contractors/companies purchase documents related to the Request for Proposal (RFP)?

The company needs to make the payment by entering the recipient reference along with the payment details. The receipt should be submitted to the email rfpperolehan@rac.gov.my and copied to finance@rac.gov.my. The bank details are as follows:
