Property

RAC’s property development approach is centred on unlocking the long-term value of railway land for the benefit of the nation.

Through Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs), RAC transforms land around stations into vibrant, connected communities where homes, workplaces, retail, and public spaces integrate seamlessly with rail services. These developments enhance mobility, reduce congestion, and reposition stations as active urban destinations.

Beyond station areas, RAC also undertakes strategic land development in key growth locations across the country. These projects optimise railway land for housing, commercial use, and community infrastructure, delivering lasting social, economic, and environmental value.

Across all initiatives, RAC adopts a responsible and future-focused approach, balancing commercial sustainability with the wider public interest to support Malaysia’s long-term development.
