The technical review is provided within 14 - 21 working days (based on document completeness).

2. Site plan, location plan, and summary of development data
3. Planning Permission Plan
4. Building Plan
5. Survey Plan
6. Road & Drainage Plan (final discharge, sewage, retention ponds, etc
7. Landscape Plan
8. Local Plan Extract/Special Area Plan, etc.

The process includes providing technical review services within RAC and coordinating reviews with external technical agencies, including the following steps:

1. Receipt of Application
2. Collection of Information
3. Preparation of Technical Review.

UPPH provides advisory services related to the development planning of RAC's land and coordinates the internal unit and technical agency reviews.

1. Plan development of railway land owned by RAC.
2. Process development proposals for RAC land from government/private agencies.
3. Manage projects for approved development proposals.
4. Process applications for reviews of neighboring land development proposals
5. Provide advice and other tasks related to RAC land development.
